Our office bills insurance companies for office visits and eye examinations as a courtesy to our patients.
All co-payments, co-insurances, and out-of-pocket charges are collected at check-out for each office visit and cannot be waived due to our contract with your insurance company. It is the responsibility of each patient to know their insurance company and benefit coverage. If we are unable to verify your insurance, you will be financially responsible for services performed that day and we will provided you with an itemized fee bill so you can file a claim for reimbursement from your insurance.
